What is Delivery charges ?
Within Bangladesh, delivery charges start from Tk 60/to a maximum of Tk 100/ depending on the order size, price and location.
How many days requires to get delivery after ordering?
Usually deliver within 7-10 working days. However, please note that this period may be delayed due to availability of books, natural calamities, political unrest or courier services. We do our best to inform the customer in case of delivery delay.
The price of my pre-ordered book has been reduced, can I get a refund for this change?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund previous payments once the order has been placed and the selling price has been agreed upon between us and the customer. However, pre-orders may be canceled as long as they are not yet shipped to customers.
What is the Payment options?
We accept all types of debit and credit cards – like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, VISA Debit, DBBL Nexus. Also mobile banking developed, payments can be made through cash. Payment can also be made through bank transfer. Also we have cash on delivery service across the country.
Can I order by phone?
For ordering – You can order with us using website, hotline, Facebook message, WhatsApp. However, we always encourage customers to order using the website for faster service.
ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?
বাংলাদেশের ভিতরে অর্ডার সাইজ, মূল্য এবং স্থানভেদে ৬০ টাকা থেকে শুরু করে সর্বোচ্চ ১০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ।
কতদিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যাবে?
সাধারণত ৭-১0 কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। তবে এক্ষেত্রে উল্লেখ্য যে, বইয়ের প্রাপ্যতা, প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারণে এই সময়ের ব্যত্যয় ঘটতে পারে। ডেলিভারি বিলম্বের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কাস্টমারকে জানানোর ব্যাপারে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করে থাকি।
আমার প্রি-অর্ডার করা বইয়ের দাম কমে গেছে, আমি কি এই পরিবর্তনের জন্য টাকা ফেরত পেতে পারি?দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, একবার অর্ডার দেওয়ার পরে এবং আমাদের এবং গ্রাহকের মধ্যে বিক্রয় মূল্য সম্মত হলে আমরা পূর্ববর্তী অর্থ ফেরত দিতে অক্ষম। যাইহোক, প্রি-অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে যতক্ষণ না সেগুলি এখনও গ্রাহকদের কাছে পাঠানো হয়নি।

আমরা যেকোন ধরণের ডেবিট ও ক্রেডিট কার্ড – যেমন VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, VISA Debit, DBBL Nexus. এছাড়াও মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বিকাশ, নগদ এর মাধ্যমেও পেমেন্ট করা যাবে। ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমেও পেমেন্ট করা সম্ভব হবে। এছাড়াও আমাদের সারাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসও চালু রয়েছে।
ফোনের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করা যায় কিনা?
অর্ডার করার ক্ষেত্রে – ওয়েবসাইট, হটলাইন, ফেসবুক মেসেজ, WhatsApp ব্যবহার করে আমাদের কাছে অর্ডার করা সম্ভব। তবে আমরা সব সময় দ্রুত সেবা পাওয়ার জন্য কাস্টমারকে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে অর্ডার করতে উৎসাহিত করে থাকি।
